Ally has a straight forward platform and decent mobile application. They do not have physical branches that you can walk into, but they do give access to a network of ATM’S through Allpoint. These mitigate some of the issues of cash deposits, but if you ever need to send in paperwork, or get a cashiers check ASAP, you are out of luck. They do provide services by mail for certain requests, and if you ask nicely, they might offer you next day service. At the end of the day, we give Ally a rating of OKAY.
